Welcome to Wsolet! These Terms define how you interact with Wsolet as a delivery partner. By participating, you agree to follow these rules.

1. You’re an Independent Partner

You choose your working hours and accept deliveries at your discretion. You are not an employee of Wsolet.

2. Compensation

You earn per completed delivery. We disclose earnings and payment terms upon registration. Payments may vary based on activity levels.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor with customers and merchants.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing your account is prohibited.
• Handle cash carefully and remit to Wsolet as required.
• Use the Wsolet app only for accepted deliveries; do not sell or transfer your access.

4. Safety and Insurance

You are responsible for any personal insurance (e.g., health, vehicle). Wsolet is not liable for incidents or injuries during work.

5. Dispute Resolution

If issues arise, contact Wsolet support first. Unresolved legal matters are governed by Lebanese law and handled in relevant courts.

6. Data Protection

We safeguard your personal data and only use it to operate Wsolet services, process payments, support communications, and legal compliance.

7. Termination

Wsolet may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• Customer funds are misused
• You act inappropriately toward customers or staff
• Fraud, serious misconduct, or unlawful acts occur
