Refund Policy

At Wsolet, we aim to deliver a reliable and satisfying experience with every order. While we work hard to get everything right, we understand that things may occasionally go wrong. This policy outlines how refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives significantly later than the estimated delivery time.
  • You receive an incorrect order or items are missing.
  • Delivered items are spoiled, damaged, or unsafe for consumption.
  • Your order was confirmed but never delivered.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact Wsolet Support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be ready to provide:

  • Order ID and details
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos or other supporting evidence, if applicable

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be eligible.

3. Refund Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, our team will review it within 48 hours. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued either:

  • To your original payment method, or
  • As Wsolet credit, based on your preference.

4. Credit Expiry

Any Wsolet credit issued as part of a refund must be used within 1 year from the date it is credited. After this period, unused credits will expire and will no longer be redeemable.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, such as minor issues or partial fulfillment problems, a partial refund or discount may be offered instead of a full refund.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • You entered incorrect delivery or order details.
  • You changed your mind after the order was placed or delivered.
  • You failed to report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

7. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except:

  • When the full order is canceled before being dispatched.
  • When the order fails to be delivered due to an error on our side.

8. Your Feedback Matters

Each issue reported helps us improve. If something goes wrong, let us know — your feedback ensures we do better next time.
